I think what bothers them is the change in inertia from rapid motion in the air to the sudden stop in Peter's hand.

The principle that kills Gwen should have spilled HOT LATTE all over Peter.

But it's a Spider-Man movie. I can not only forgive it, I love it. :yay:

I love it too. LOL.

Damn, you think that's some kind of foreshadowing? Or a reference to the way Gwen died in the comics? How awesome would that be?

Woah, so I just found out that manhole covers weigh about 450 lbs.

Damn, dude. I guess it actually will deal a good bit of damage to Rhino then.

204 kgs.

With Spidey weighing maybe about 75 kg, swinging that manhole cover around is some pretty impressive stuff.

Damn, that is heavy. Well, Spidey has super strength, so it's not that hard for him. Thankfully.

oh great I hope the coffee doesnt become a thing

we have venom in spideys eye
how did he get in to the car
coffee splash theory

Anyone here going to visit all 4 Spidey movies before TASM2?

I thought manhole covers weighed like 100 lbs, so I didn't know how he was supposed to defeat Rhino with it. 450 lbs, though - that will indeed mess Rhino up.

With Spidey weighing like 75 kgs; him swinging a 204kg object probably breaks the laws of physics.

But hey, so does most of the things he does (USM, anyone? huehuehue).

I'm not sure how it exactly breaks the laws of physics. I mean it is a superhero movie, but i don't see how in that particular shot the laws of physics are violated.

Spider-Man has always been one strong mother. I like my Spidey strong as all heck.

Less than 24 hours till TeeKay tells us how it is. It's round 630 PM where he is so its almost here!!
