It's going to cost $20.50 for one TASM2 IMAX ticket at AMC. Sigh... the things I do for Spidey.

Wow. Cinema tickets are expensive as **** in the States (I'm assuming it's the States). $20.50 US is $132.43 in my country's currency. Nobody would pay that kind of scratch down here for a movie. Bootleg copies are too commonplace for anyone to pay that amount. People already complain about the prices here.

An IMAX ticket here is TT$75/US$11.60. Regular multiplex is TT$60/US$9.30 and then we have a cheaper, non-digital multiplex that sells tickets for TT$30/US$4.64.

We have cheaper single screens around the country too but no one really goes there anymore.

Does anyone know if that Mondo TASM2 poster will be up for sale at all? Or is it just exclusive for Imax peeps? I'd love to buy it along with the Oscorp one.

Am I the only one who has butterflies in his stomach? I mean I really want this movie to succeed so it can shut up all the haters and I don't know if I can take it if it gets a ton of bad reviews. I know I shouldn't let it get to me, but I just can't help it this time.

Same here. But let's stay optimistic.

I'm also in NYC which tends to have more expensive movie tickets. Smaller theaters in smaller towns will usually have ticket prices closer to $10.

I vowed to see Man of Steel in IMAX in the recently opened 1st IMAX theater of my city, but after learning that the ticket was 15 ****ing dollars per person none of my friends felt like it. I couldn't really blame them, considering a regular ticket is only around $5, give or take depending on the theater. I guess I'm off IMAX until I get some richer friends, I suppose.

I'm a little nervous, but I'm pretty confident this film will get pretty good reviews.

Anyone know if that IMAX poster is distributed with the 7:00pm May 1st showing at the AMC Loews Lincoln Square?

If anything, I'm more nervous about the reviews that will come in after May 2nd. I think the initial reviews from the early screenings are going to be very positive.

I'm getting a great vibe from this film as well I think it will at least be reviewed better tan the first, which imo had a pretty decent review score, I personally loved the first TASM some people just can't get over the fact that it got rebooted quickly, I just took it as a positive that we were getting anew Spidey film, and it had some great moments in it.

Tickets at my theater for a Thursday IMax showing are 16.40 ....:/

i´ll be surprised if it was joke and TeeKay never saw the film...

Just bought the tickets! :) Also bought tickets to Cap 2 again... I'm a sick bastard :( screw it...what do the kids say.....YOLO? lol

I'm psyched for TASM2

TeeKay secretly hated it and is getting all of our hopes up so we're absolutely devastated going in with high expectations and the film ends up being worse than Green Lantern.
