Well, I'm not sure about that. Even back when it was first being talked about, Andrew said that Spidey wouldn't even have very much of a role, saying "whether I'm involved in that or not is kind of immaterial."

Well it's all at my parents house a few hundred miles away from where I live, but here are some recent pictures of my collection (not including the stuff at my house now) that I took not that long ago:

Like I said, I'm a pretty big Spider-man fan lol. My prize possessions (which you can sort of see in the pictures) are ASM 36 (first Romita Spider-man), issue 122 (death of the Green goblin) Issue 252 (first black suit) and issue 300 (first appearance of venom). You can't really tell from those pics but I'd say 85% of those in the longboxes are Spider-man, and the rest are various Avengers and Batman comics.

Back in 08 when the economy crashed, people were getting rid of their comic books like there was no tomorrow. That was a great time to be buying, I got a good deal of my collection back then.

I really need to start doing this, because I'm a HUGE spiderman fan and I've read all of the comics, but I only have a few books some posters and an expensive figure. That's about it
My Tolkien collection is pretty stocky though, and those books are crazy expensive.
