I doubt Spider-Man would "flop".
I doubt Spider-Man would "flop".
and I doubt a really obscure superhero team will become one of the highest grossing movies of the year and have excellent reviews... oh, wait.
I'm just saying, it's a possibility.
Spider-Knight...
What if Marc Webb just isn't the genius you think he is?
Such a snarky.
I replied to Harry's post and well...that was unexpected lol.
I don't know.. if Sinister Six does bad, and gets bad reviews, and if TASM 3 gets bad reviews, and rotten Wom (like TASM 2) then it could easily flop..I doubt Spider-Man would "flop".
What if Sinister Six fails, not because of Sony's interference, but due to a general lack of interest from the GA, causing it to flop... and/or it just isn't that good?
Y'all considered that?
Indeed it could be.This might be the beginning of the end for Spider-Man in film.
Initially, I thought that too... but now? Not so much.
If Kurtzman has to right Venom and TASM3, then it'll probably just be the same as TASM3 coming out in 2016.
Marc have four years. Four years to come up with a solid good script.Find the right balance of scenes while editing and filming.
Alex isn't the only writer for ASM3. There's Pinker and maybe James. Drew could offer his hand to help it somehow. Honestly, after Gwen's death I wasn't really excited for the incoming movies but with the recent news?t:
It's like game, what time is better to create a concept, start it and polish it till the release date? Two or four years? Not every movie benefits for such long time but I'm optimistic about it.
TASM3 isn't depending of S6. Sony isn't that dumb. If the movie goes bad they will continue it anyway. It's not like S6 is their last "hope".
Yeah, but it could still have a significant influence on TASM 3' gross.TASM3 isn't depending of S6. Sony isn't that dumb. If the movie goes bad they will continue it anyway. It's not like S6 is their last "hope".
It's not the same thing though as people depend way more on movies and studios wanting to keep rights and with the state Sony is in they should do the smart move and make the franchise greatThe company isn't going to place their trust about the franchise over a SPIN OFF MOVIE and not over their main franchise that is SPIDER-MAN.
It's like saying that if Spider-Man comics were flopping Marvel would create a solo Black Cat series as their last hope.
That's a naive assumption.
