I'm not pushing my opinion, but I'm stating that it's silly to say Venom is better than Doc Ock. A CLASSIC villain will always be the better villain. That's just common knowledge. It's like if someone wants to say Miles Morales is better than Peter Parker. It's completely not true.

I know this, but thanks for the compliment sir

Well the future remains unseen, for all we know Miles Morales could end up being better than Ultimate Peter Parker.

Not such a hard task. But no way could Miles Morales be better as the original Peter Parker

Marc Webb just tweeted this as "A reptile dysfunction":

I don't believe there was even a hour specific schedule, only that it would premiere on Thursday

i thought the FaceBook page said at 7:00 or 7:30 EST, and it came out a bit earlier.

Oh, and I can take your sick black humor. :woot:

So what channel will the 4 minutes preview air? I thought it was 8 mins?

Does anyone else think the "Did you tell the boy about his father?" scene will be after credits?

Don't think so...
10 bucks saying that it's right after the final climactic battle sequence, after Connors is thrown in jail. Something to cool down on, while also being a nice intriguing set-up to already start building mystery around the sequel:o
After that, we'll most likely be greeted to a nice little scene between Peter & Gwen chit-chating (at school maybe?), ending it all with a kiss or something. I can already see it.

Got a feeling Peter and Gwen's relationship will end on a sour note, by the end of this film.

No. I think it'll be in the middle of the movie.
Then he transforms once again and escapes.

I think that is Van Adder's line to Connors since they seem to work or know each other. That is probably why Connor's then challenges Peter to come get him if he wants answers...meaning answers about his parents.

Well, in the trailer, we see that it's not Van Atter saying the line, it's also not his voice, and Connors is in a jail-like room hinting that it's the end of the movie.

So, no, I don't think it's Van Adder. (Who isn't Van Adder, by the way. His name is Dr. Ratha.)

Wow, the 4 minute preview is tomorrow already. I remember the awesome trailer for Spider-Man 2 aired on NBC during The Apprentice, I think that was my birthday as well. So it was a nice birthday treat. :woot:

I don't think we see the guy's face. Could be Norman...who knows.

With Connors tempting Peter to come find the answers...I don't think that is the end of the movie but who knows.

Could be...

IMDB has him listed as David Lowell...wonder if that has any weight.

i hope it's toward the end of the film so it leaves us guessing who it could be but i think its Osborn

If there are any scenes after the credits, it would be a bit weird to show that scene in a trailer.

If anything, I'd pick it as right before the final battle at OsCorp Tower.

That's what I guess. Otherwise...why would Connors be baiting Peter with that line? Whoever that is, is giving some ammo to Connors to lure Spider-Man to where he wants him to be.

Connor's line also implies that he knows Peter is Spider-Man.

Right...so does this mysterious guy also know of Peter being Spider-Man? If that's Norman then it's very USM Norman.
