I did some research a couple days ago on the guy who said the Feb. 9th thing. Apparently he is the Materials Coordinator within Starz. He also made a recommendation list for films at Sundance '10, and is listed as "from Starz". And I already mentioned that Sony Pictures follows him on Twitter, so there's that, too.

I'm convinced the Lizard has no snout and the footage from SDCC just featured something for them to show there and not something to represent the final design, just something to get the idea across.
