They also said you'd hear Spidey breath during the game. Very small detail, but one you almost never see in other games.

Did anyone else catch the comment about Spidey's movement changing when he's hurt as well as seeing suit damage? Nice touch. Looking forward to that.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the breathing part too. That's a neat effect and actually they used that same effect in WoS.

And, yes, the suit does get damaged as Spidey takes damage and his movements are changed by that damage as well. Beenox has been known for their attention to detail and I'm excited to see this thing in action.

So he actually is a human being that is then crossed with Rhino DNA but Morbius lies about it and says it's the reverse. That's where my mistake comes in...sorry again for the mis-info.

Those suits were preorder bonuses. They don't have to re-release them as DLC...if you wanted them, you should have gotten a preorder.

Which is complete and utter bull****, since the pre-order bonuses for Shattered Dimensions were released as cheap DLC a few months later.

If GameStop and Activision wants to play that game, then I'm glad I haven't been giving them business in a while.

Yea but be honest, thats because they suck, not due to some moral code.

GameStop isn't the only one doing retailer exclusive bonus you know. Best Buy, Amazon and Walmart do it as well.

Yeah, that's why I avoid most retailers these days. I either buy from random schmoes on the Internet or use the local businesses like my comic book shop or the arcade across from it. Even then, I tend to borrow most games from friends these days. That's how I avoided paying for Edge of Time.

Then what's the point of having preorder bonuses? It gives a greater incentive for someone to lay money down up front to get a copy of the game knowing they'll get something not everyone else does. If they just end up releasing every bit of preorder bonus items months later, why would someone do a preorder in the first place.

Exclusive Preorder bonuses screw the customer, no doubt, but from a retailers perspective they make for great business. Its getting harder and harder for companies to set themselves apart from each other so you gotta have something that'll get customers into your store. I do feel though that all preorder bonuses should be made available at a later date FOR A PRICE. I have always been a big proponent of preorder bonuses. If I'm showing commitment to a company, i should be rewarded for it. Retailer specific bonuses I'm a little less a fan of, however most of the times they all end up as DLC any way, so no bid deal.

Yea. Alt's will be in the game, we can all be sure of that. If theres one thing Beenox has killed in their time with Spidey, its the alts they give the player. Cant wait to see em here in this game. Hopefully ill get my desired 616.

Haha! Good call! t: He probably made that mistake though due to his english as a 2nd language translation issues though. Between the smile and wardrobe comment with the hiphopgamer and now this tweet, I'd say it's true there will be alternate skins. It's about time they released this info.

I'm sure you will get the 616, it's pretty much everyone's desired skin. I'm interested to see how they design the suit for the game...like others have stated, will it use the unique design of the movie suit or will it be strictly traditional 616 looking? I also hope there is the Black suit, Future Foundation, Ben Reilly, and of course the Scarlet Spider. Anything else after those is just an extra bonus as far as I'm concerned.

Take me, for example. I don't have the likes of GameStop, Walmart, Amazon or any other that offer the same kind of business. They just sell the game here, so how would I possibly get the content, if it isn't available as DLC some time later?

I think the preorder content should serve as an early bonus. Like in Arkham City. They had some awesome content right away, which I couldn't get but really wanted. Some time later, they released it as a payable DLC, so I could finally enjoy it.

Thats how i feel it should work as well and to be honest more often than not it does.

Generally i say give me the Scarlet and Ben Reilly and I'm good, but here since the ASM suit is similar to the Ben Reily outfit, ill be satisfied with the 616 and Scarlet. Anything after that 616 and I'm golden tho. Like you said, can't wait to see what they look like. Hopefully they'll release an image of one at some point with the rest hidden for you to unlock.

Ok. I can agree with this. However, it's not a necessity that the developer re-release those items...I'd call it a nice gesture if they do, even if there's a price attached to it.

Wouldn't you be able to preorder it online though? Oh wait, you said you don't have Amazon? Hmmm.
