The amazing thread of Uniforms and Logos - Part 2

Jags offical unveil. Looks like practice uni's, at least the two tone helmet is gone

These are bland as hell. Needs some striping on the shoulders or arms and pants as well. Something, anything...

they definitely need like an outline around the numbers, some striping on the pants, and where the hell did the gold go from their color scheme? Outside the logo its completely absent.

I'm assuming they stuck the Jags logo on the chest of the jerseys just so you would know that this was an actual Jags jersey and not some generic looking NFL football jersey.

Dolphins got the best new uniforms this off-season. It's amazing how changing the shade of orange and deleting the unnecessary dark blue made their uniforms look so much better. As for the Jags, they are just so plain, almost as if they were designed to be some generic uniform in a movie. Only good elements are the solid black helmet and teal pants (which will likely go lightly used.)

The Cincinnati Reds and Chicago Bears use the same C emblem

I never realized.

Sort of. It's called a "wishbone C."

The Reds "C" is much more symmetrical and even whereas the Bears "C" looks like it has an underbite with the bottom curve of the C protruding out past where the top part does.

The Minnesota Twins do have the same C as the Reds in their TC logo on their caps though.

Way too much analysis there, Hulk.

I hope you voted for Mallory, because she made it back in for another year.

The lack of gold in the uniforms and no outlines around the numbers/names really still bothers me.

Virginia has new uniforms

The set would be better if they fixed the helmet, namely matching the helmet stripes to the pants stripes and having logos on both sides instead of doing the logo/helmet number thing like many teams have been doing recently.

A friend and I were discussing what former team logos are better than current ones. We both agreed that the Atlanta Hawks ought to go back to this logo and color scheme

Even when it was altered into a blue trim, it was better than the volt green and granite they use now

Though to be fair, the Ducks do use the duck mask as an alternate

I'm with you on the Ducks, but I hated the 90's Sabres black/red rebrand.

As for the Hawks, I'm still partial to this era's look:

Sabres were wearing that style when I was first getting into hockey, so I guess that’s why it sticks with me.

The Cubs used to have a similar shaped "C" which the Bears based their logo on. Not sure if the Reds or the Cubs used it first. Does anyone know?
