Everyone in this film including the film itself seem to have gotten a popularity boost of epic proportions.

I never knew anyone cared about this Coulson fellow and now...
I'd imagine the buzz for a simple thor sequel wouldn't have been as loving to it's stars as they are in this.

I'm hoping thor2 and im3 happen after the avengers though. cap2 isn't a lock yet, but i want to be set after avengers aswell.

Well, not much because in IM you could see the hulk bashing the college in a news report in the background, plus its not just 2 years after he disappeared, its 2 years after he gained control of Hulk, so to me that says theres at least a couple of months in between where the actual 2 year hulk-sober mark starts

I think it was mentioned a couple pages back, but what if Thor 2 and CA2 do end up being set actually before avengers and thats what fills in the 2 year gap? But it can't be IM3 since they said that movie is gonna have important plot points towards Avengers 2

What can Captain America 2 really be about between TFA and TA? He is still adjusting to the world in The Avengers, so unless the majority of CA2 is flashbacks and about Winter Soldier, its gonna be set after this film.

Probably. It wasn't Thor's hammer coming to Earth, as some thought, (and I think Leterrier said it was intended to be), but then it became Thor GETTING his hammer back.

I would think Loki would have fell into the void long before most of the events listed, because Loki possibly becoming a threat(possibly with a coming army) have to be the reason that alerted Fury and SHIELD to a pending threat...that eventually led to Fury & Stark first encounter, in IM.

Recently during the New York Comic-Con Marvel Studios' Kevin Feige confirmed that Iron Man 3 would be the first step in moving forward with Marvel's phase two leading to Avengers 2. Feige gave a brief statement to IGN which might give fans hope that Doctor Strange could be involved in the new phase as well. So I want to make the new The Avengers trailer epic with epic music. But that will be hard to do with some of the dialogue due to the Nine Inch Nails music being to loud. Any way to make a line or two with less music ?
