Well maybe he still likes the Mark VI.

The thing is, the recent movies sort of put each other concurrent or one after the other. Iron Man 2 was approximately concurrent to Incredible Hulk. Thor took place after both and ends with Loki on Earth and aware of the cosmic cube and possessing Professor Stelvig. So how could Banner not have transformed in two years?

Here is what I want to know, where did not the not transforming in two years come from? Did Ruffalo say that or what it mentioned in the footage?

Another possibility could be that the scene with Loki on Earth took place 2 years after Thor

I was just going to suggest that. Selvig mentions the 'Foster theory'...presumably referring to Jane. Maybe a couple years have passed, enough for Jane to have her findings published. Maybe Fury is referring to Banner when he says something about "men who are smarter than me". Maybe Stark truly has been a "consultant" this whole time...."on the payroll", so to speak.

I just find that hard to believe. Narrative-wise it didn't play like it was two years later. Everything was fairly close together.

So, what are your thoughts on Ruffalol's performance? Some people from the Con were sayin, that he was playing his usual self?
eh I'd say the same thing about norton but everybody seemed to love him. i think ruffalo will do fine.

I wanna know then, when does the Hulk out scene from the end of TIH in the cabin take place in correlation to this, and why did he Hulk out?

I also wanna see what Banner and Selvig's relationship is in this. It'd be interesting to see Bruce actually have a friend from his past that isn't Betty.

That doesn't. It was just a cameo, when an actor had a choice. It's like when they've asked SLJ to play Fury in IM1.

Chris Evans:
Confirming that he’s signed for three “Captain America“ entries and three “Avengers” films, Evans told us, “They may wait until 2014 until they release the next Cap. Marvel has a lot of balls in the air, they aren’t going to cannibalize their films.” And it could be very expensive for Marvel if Cap shows up in a non-Cap movie. “Out of those six films, if I pop up in one of those [other films], it counts as part of the deal. So if they needed me in a third Cap, and I say, ‘[frick] you, give me $30 million,’ well…they want to avoid that.”

My understanding is that scene is from The Avengers movie and was filmed by Whedon? Wasn't that confirmed by Stellan Skarsgård??

I wish someone would point out Bill Bixby played David Banner not Bruce Banner.

The Big News to ome out Is Marvel will have a post Credit scene In the Avengers, and Starting with iron Man 3 they will star leading Into the avengers
Sequel.

We still have absolutly No Idea what Loki's army Is.Although we know the Comc Cube plays an Important role In the film.

I wonder how much of the 616 Avengers was adopted for the film. From Solo films we know Captain America,Thor,Iron Man,and Hulk are more based on classic versions than Ultimate versions. And Loki IS villain Is nodd to Issue 1 of the Avengers. But Nick fury IS almost entierly based On Ultimate version(I hope he Is never called General In The Avengers) Hawkeye appears to be based on Ultimate version.Bruce Banner appears to be hybrid of TV David Banner and Ultimater version of Bruce Banner. The Avengers Itself appears to simply be a Shield Unit and not a true Superher team(well I will concede that could chage by end of film but still) Unknown If Shield Itself will have elemets of 616 Universe or solely be based on Ultimate Universe.Unknown If Black Widow Is based on 616,Ultimate,or combination. My guess Is combination.

I am curious how much Joss whedon has been able to balance the charactes.Ant-Man being In sequel will robally depend If his film ever gets off the ground.I heard a rumor they might have Iron Man In sequels only In his armoed form and would only require robert Downey JR to do voiceover.

Point taken.

Well yes he did confirm Whedon filmed it. But I'm not sure he said it was FROM the Avengers Movie. It's kindah like how Bragnagh directed the Post Credits for IM2 (At least I think he did). Heh you could be right cause That scene with the Hammer was in Thor so....

Kinda surprising to me that more footage keeps popping up.

It doesn't seem possible to me the way these films are paced and played out. Doesn't look like much time passed between the end of Thor and post credits sequence.

That's Disney's promotion for ya)

Just baffles me that a week after the trailer is released more footage is being shown. I get it that the film is a big deal but I gotta wonder if they're starting to reveal too much, especially this far out.

Because Loki looks like he just got roughed up from the finale of Thor and escaped to Earth.

There's nothing to indicate it does take place 2 years later.

What I want to know is how it came out that Hulk hasn't transformed in two years. Was it in the footage and mentioned by someone or did Ruffalo say it?

Thats what I'm thinking. selvig and fury wouldnt have changed much at all in 2 years. How can you tell its not 2 years later?

How do we know that he hasnt hulked out in two years?

It's interesting how you're almost able to put something similar to a plot outline together from those scenes and trailers.
