Someone needs to put the Loki rap on Youtube to some rap music beat.
Oh yes!

Which at this point kills any plans for an Edgar Wright movie even though no one at Marvel will say it's officially dead.
Wright is already fielding other projects. Whatever his next flick is, it's NOT going to be Ant-Man. It looks like Marvel/Disney and Wright have moved on.
Uh...you do realize that Ant-Man started as a solo character. His stories ran in Tales to Astonish for a year before Avengers began (and several years after as well), hence Avengers was a Justice League type book of previously-existing characters coming together to form a team. They all had individual books before forming the team.
Just checked Marvel Digital comics and this is what I found:
Ant-Man & the Wasp (2010 - 2011)
Irredeemable Ant-Man (2006 - 2007)
Can't get anymore details, keep getting an error page every time I click to see what it is so Idk...

Iron Man is on.
watching it....t:
Well that makes sense. I'm crossing my fingers that that announcement will come (along with Cap 2) on the heels of the Avengers big opening week.I'd assume when the movie goes into production or when MS gives us a release date.
"Irredeemable" isn't Hank Pym. Or Scott Lang. That's Eric O'Grady as Ant-Man, a very brief benchwarmer brought in for the role.
Wright is apparently tackling Kolchak: The Night Stalker next with Depp. Which further supports the theory that Ant-Man is still in Development Hell.
You *do* also realize that nobody has ever read the Hank & Janet Tales to Astonish, too, right....? Hell, they've never even got a proper TPB of that, to my knowledge. In any event, they are known almost 99% as AVENGERS team members, not for their very, very brief coupla few issues on their own.
I'm like PoniBoy. Yes, I believe Hank and Janet NEED to be introduced to the Avengers. But they don't need to be introduced in a solo joint, any more than Widow or Hawkeye did.

Hiddie throwing down on some old school Will Smith rhymes: ....priceless.

Oh thanks, I guess that's close enough! There are supposed to be a few big post Avengers release announcements at Comic Con. Nothing Hall H related I believe.
The thing about Hawkeye and Black Widow is that they're powerless SHIELD agents, and since SHIELD has been established through all 5 films it's EASY to introduce them. Ant-Man and Wasp are both superheroes and the GA is going to wonder where the hell they came from. The MCU is not like the comics where there's thousands of super heroes running around. Ant-Man and Wasp need to either be established by a solo film, by a short film ala consultant... or not be in any Avengers movie at all.I'm like PoniBoy.
