lol He diplayed feats of strength WITHOUT his powers throughout Thor. Imagine what we're gonna see NOW. lol

True, I don't know any regular joes who could throw around full grown men as soon as they regain consciousness.

@Bosef

Did the villain from the after credits scene look much they did in the comics?

That's what I think.

I think their merchandising deal may have included Marvel getting the right to use Spidey in a future crossover in a film as they see fit, and can Sony continue to make solo films.

I really wish you guys would stop cluttering other threads with that fanboy nonsense.

To be honest I wouldn't be annoyed if I was Bosef, that's what these forums are for and I HAPPILY fill posters in whenever I'm the first to find out something.

Hell yeah, I would love to be the guy to be telling everyone what I saw, and answering questions

It's not a death. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Hawkeye lose his eyes and get bionic ones in the comics?

That I don't know.
The only thing I remember about Hawkeye in any comic book was his ability to fling anything and everything including his own fingernails.
Please elaborate.

MovieMasterCBM, would Sony still lose the rights though?

I mean think about it. MGM didn't lose like Robocop and James Bond when they went into bankruptcy.

Because MGM never actually closed, Sony will shut down Sony Pictures as it doesn't make enough profit. It could be that if their 2012 movies do well then SP will stay, but I hope that's not the case.

The people who made that prediction were "professional financial analyst" not "CBM guys".

By the way their #1 prediction for previous years was Blockbuster and that did pan out seeing as they declared bankruptcy and were bought by Dish. Roach forgot to mention that.

Oh I got it..... so because they CBM guys are parroting "one" instance where that source was right, it automatically means Sony's dead in the water. Got it. They read it so it must be true! Has to be! LOL.

i didn't know that. Ive gotten into this discussion before and people believe because this analyst said it its gonna happen 100%. I bring up T-Mobile to show that they are not always correct

you people seem to forget that this is all working under disney now.hence the huge budget for avengers and a much bigger film then previous 5(hulk,iron man 1,2,captain,thor)
and seeing how disney lost a couple of big possible franchises-prince of persia, sorcerers apprentice ,john carter and you cant really make a sequels to alice in wonderland-i see them giving big money on marvel films.
that is why i think iron man 3 will be as twice as big as previous 2 in terms of action and locations around the world and thor 2 to be an even bigger film then avengers.
not to mention that avengers 2 idea from whedon to be a smaller ,personal film will never pass

I would make the point too that Avengers is the first Marvel film wholly produced and conceptualized from pre-pro forward post-Disney's buy out. I think people need to give Disney a lil' more credit for helping Marvel out with this in terms of budget and creative notes.

I remember trying to answer questions after getting my hands on a copy of the novel for Xmen TLS a week early and it was hard to keep up with questions and requests.

You try to answer everyone, but the anticipation was insane, and the page numbers fly by.

Interesting article. But it doesn't mean all the assets of Sony will be parted for them.

Marvel/Disney getting back Spider-Man and Ghost Rider would be awesome.

Somebody on CBM is claiming that the post-credits scene involves Loki looking for the Infinity Gems and deliberately trying to get caught so he can return to Asgard to collect the Gauntlet. Apparentally, one Gem is in Wakanda and another is on Attilan.

No.

So maybe the worry that Disney would want to stirr the pot too much actually turned out to be a good thing....?

No that's Ultimate Hawkeye, but that's Bullseye's speciality really. 616 Hawkeye is just really good aim. Bullseye is the one who can turn anything into a weapon by throwing.
