I see Barry Allen as this season's equivalent to Huntress Helena Bertinelli in that it took 3 episodes for her to become who she is in the comics. The same will happen with Flash in this season.

Before I wanted Arrow and Flash to be in the movie universe, but I don't know now.. a Flash movie with a marketable lead is really too good of an opportunity to pass up. If it's good, it's a guaranteed 650 mill + at the box office

Well, I'm feeling sligtly better about The flashes speed effect after watching the first 3 episodes of the tomorrow people ( the effects are awesome ), and as I recall, there was an interview or something with someone working on flash, saying that the effect will be like nothing we've seen before, so I guess no blur like smallville

The closest that I've ever seen a movie/show come to depicting Flash-like speed, and even this wasn't the same, was Faora in MOS during the Smallville fight.
