Quickly made this cowl using one of the released images... Shame they aren't available in a higher resolution

That's cool, but the scallops on The Flash's mask are essential... they can't be rounded, they must come to points. It's consistent with every incarnation of him and helps differentiate his mask from other superheroes' masks like Captain America, The Atom, DareDevil, etc. Other superheroes have rounded masks, The Flash does not.

Otherwise nice manip.

That promo....where they show his origin briefly....MAN, THAT is AWESOME.

Really happy they kept his lightning/chemical origin in tact from the looks of it. I hope that is true. Looks fantastic.

Earlier actors who played Flash were too stocky, Flash needs to be muscular but lean, he should not have a physique like a weightlifter.

Its okay to be muscular, but he needs to have a smaller waist.

Just finished episode 18: Twin Streaks

Was getting all nostalgic, thinking of the superhero stuff I enjoyed as a kid (I was around 12 when the show aired). Bought the season on Amazon.

Overuse of blue and purple, badly constructed stage sets meant to be alleys, etc (earlier episodes). Man, just brings back some fond memories of sitting and watching it with my dad.

As for the comments about the past actors being too bulky, if you look at some of the shirtless shot of Shipp, he actually had a leaner, if muscular, build. The suit he wore added some padding/bulk.

With modern materials, that should be something they can avoid.

Flash can have a Spiderman-esque leanness to him without getting all that many complaints from me. I've always thought he looked better as a slim but ripped athlete compared to the classic comicbook musculature.

I guess it comes down to if he's gonna be a sprinter or a long distance runner. If he's just as good in both then I don't know lol.

Had a dream last night, and in said dream, Barry was working in a lab and the particle accelerator ( it was a red square-ish box ) started to malfunction an it shot out a bolt of electricity, hitting Barry and sending him flying into some shelves with all these chemicals.

That's actually how I think they are going to give him is powers.

I doubt they could do this suit on a TV budget. Perhaps for a Flash film if it ever happens.
