That's quite a narrow minded assumption. The two roles are reasonably distinct, and Urban is at least an actor.

I don't post here much, but after watching some of Joe Manganiello's stuff, I gotta say, he is definitely what I expect from Batman. He has the look, the voice, the acting ability, everything. I would be so happy to see him cast as Batman, but honestly, they'll probably cast someone really unknown or out of left field. They usually do.

Yeah but the fact Snyder wanted him for Superman until Cavill strolled in.......it tells me he's in their minds and that's the best thing you can ask for. He's gone on record in saying he would play Superman or Batman.

Brosnan would be a really cool pick for Alfred.

I'd like Alfred and Leslie to be closer in age, to fill in the roles of parents to Bruce and for a potential romance.

Pierce is my fav for Alfred.

So I would have Sigourney Weaver in that role.

Sigourney as Leslie Tompkins would be immense, though it is rather unlikely.

Was watching a few vids of Joe there and his natural voice is very deep/gruff at times - sounds perfect for Batman. I know when he's growling at someone as Alcide in TB, the voice is pretty scary.

Though he'd probably have to do the complete opposite to Bale, and keep his natural voice for Batman and then try and speak slightly higher as Bruce Wayne. No more ridiculous bat-voice!

Definitely. Joe's voice is spot on for Batman. With some training and developing an actual Batvoice, it'd be the best Batvoice we've ever had on screen. Actually, I'm betting Joe would be the best live action Batman anyway. If he plays it how we're imagining he would, at least.

I'd loved to seen Lee as Strange now that you mentioned it. I think Christoph Waltz would be a great Hugo Strange now though.

Tom Hardy. He's a tremendous actor who could play a great Bruce and Batman, and also has a very physical presence on screen.

^Haha, now it's just getting ridiculous. I was just ****ing around earlier when I said we have a very small reference pool regarding fanboy casting and we have like maybe 6 current actors right now that we fan cast for every ****ing lead, and he is on that list.
