I don't care that these choices are obvious, and not "inspired". They would all do a great job. I think the most important things are acting ability and physical likeness to the character, all these people have that.

Isla Fisher isn't that old, just googled her, she's only 6 days older than me.(She's born February 3, age 38. Im also 38, born in February 76 on the 9th.)
Likewise with Elizabeth Banks, shes's just 40 this year.(Born in 1974)
