Yeah, we would heard at least something if he was cut or only has a super small role...so to me, the fact that its so completely secretive about his role, really makes the possibility of him being The Joker...very high.

Why would they do anything with Keoghan's hair if they were only going to show his mouth?

I guess its possible they went ahead and just did the whole design now, but why do that so far out from the character making a full appearance?

Re: Joker, I worked for a company that housed stills for WB. There is a person with a disfigured face that Batman meets in Arkham that could def be Joker. Very very ****ed up face.

Update:

I didn’t see any of obvious laughing - most of the stills I saw were him sitting there. There were some of him speaking, and I assume it was with Batman, but I didn’t see any of him smiling or laughing.
