BvS The Batmobile Thread - Part 3

Tumbler was brilliant imo. Not just the design in itself, but more so how Nolan used its unique design to entertain. First it impresses with the 'real world' origin of it, then there's the riding on rooftops, "it's a black.....tank", busting into the parking garage at the start of TDK, ramming the truck, ejection of the bat-pod, etc. Ditto for 'The Bat'.

But the new Batmobile is cool too, especially the Burton influence in the cockpit design, which sorta reinforces the idea of an older Batman, or a Batman from a previous generation. Lets hope it makes for some memorable effective scenes.

As a person who merely enjoyed the Nolan take on Batman (rather that idolise it), I thought the Tumbler was fantastic.

Just like I think the Batfleckmobile is fantastic.

the Tumbler was cool. The biggest issue I had with it was the "firing" sequence.

Makes NO sense and would be exceedingly uncomfortable and impractical to have the entire seat pull out from under you and flip you on your stomach face down to grab handles to shoot at something... and takes a lot of time.

...Looked cool tho... !

I've honestly liked and appreciated all of the live-action Batmobiles thus far, with Burton's being my favorite. And from what I've seen of the BvS Batmobile (which almost looks like a blend of Burton's and Nolan's), I think it will likely wind up being my second favorite.

The Batman Forever is awesome, too, and even the car in Batman & Robin is very cool.

At this point based on aesthetics only, The Batfleckmobile is starting to inch its way to my #2 slot for favorite Batmobile, only second to the Burtonmobile. I really hope we get plenty of scenes with the practical car doing some amazing stuff.

It's really grown on me. At first I thought it was just good, nothing special. I didn't really like how skinny it got at the front but knowing that it raises and lowers based on what it's doing and honestly, driving it around in Arkham knight has made me love it.

Won't be long before the comics incorporate Synder's Batmobile into the comics much like Nolan's Tumbler

My Jada Toys Batmobile arrived and I assembled it. It's really nice, definitely worth getting. I won't need to get another BvS Batmobile now.

I wish I could get the Hot Toys or the remote controlled 1:2 version but they are hella expensive.

...the only time I loved how they filmed it was when it limped into the Batcave and Ben jumped out of it.

If the wheels were tucked in about 20cm each then it would look perfect.

I like it, but the dune buggy wheels make it look slightly off.
