Because we are living in a time when we have had a trilogy of complex, serious character studies of a man who dresses up in an American flag. Anyone who thinks the yellow oval is dated, cheesy, and beyond hope is living in the past. That attitude from the 90s has been proven utterly wrong and false.

When it comes to the utility belt, I always thought the idea of it exclusively having pouches or capsules a bit silly. Not every trinket and gadget Batman would need would have the 100% same size or shape. A mixture of both would make the most sense, in my opinion

The main problem I have with yellow oval is that it stands out. A man who is like a ninja trying to blend in the shadows wouldn't have a yellow oval right in the centre of his suit. It doesn't look as great especially in live action but that's just like my opinion man.

This is the look I feel both Batman and Catwoman will have.. I don't think white eyes are going to be a thing but they made them work well here. If they make it emote in live action as how Spiderman and Deadpool's eyes work that would be spectacular.

I feel like armored Batman takes too much away from the Creature of the Night aspect of Batman. For big threats, sure that's fine. But I feel like his daily suit needs to be more fabric based. As Bruce says in Batman Earth One, him wearing something that at least looks like armor implies he needs it. That takes away from the idea of Batman as a myth
