Could just be a poor translation, since they seem to clash, or it may not mean what we think it means. You could say KotOR was "menu driven", and plenty of people liked that. It shouldn't be long until TGS now anyways, we'll see it/play it soon enough.

This game is awesome. Much like Anachronix, there are no random battles, you see the enemies ahead of time and then run up to them and press something to initiate a fight. The game looks graphically beautiful, the claymation look is perfect. I can't wait for this game to be localized.

This game has awesome graphics, but nothing NEARLY as good as Lost Odyssey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Technically Lost Odyssey beats it, but overall I prefer Blue Dragon's claymation look to Lost Odyssey's "looking out a window" look. And the game itself just seems more charming and unique. Since they named him "Cain", I'm a little bit more interested in the 1000 year old man thing from LO, but magic shadows and weird looking robots top it.

I like Blue Dragon's style too, as it's very charming and reminds me of the Young Link moments from Ocarina of Time somehow. But I mean... come on. LOST ODYSSEY WILL BE THE BEST GAME EVER!

Lost Odyssey will probably be great, but I can't get my hype meter any higher than "mildly excited" for it. I guess because Blue Dragon is just closer to release over here. Trusty Bell so far is the most impressive game of the show though, at least for me. I'm a suck for cel shading. I wanted to make a Trusty Bell hype thread, but Xboxyde removed all their stuff

They changed it to "Eternal Sonata" or something like that, which I hate, it just sounds cliche. Trusty Bell is nonsense, but it at least sounds somewhat interesting/original I think. But anyways, yeah, remember True Fantasy Live Online, and how awesome that looked? It's basically the next gen single player spiritual successor to that.
