Well...he kinda did, didn't he? That big tentacle robot at the world engine. I mean it wasn't a humanoid-looking robot, but nonetheless.

That wasn't technically robotic. I forget the name they gave it in the special features

I really don't think there will be one. Seems a bit ridiculous to do in live action IMO. Why would the daughter of Zeus need a invisible plane?! Anyway, I think it won't happen in the DCCU.

Do you prefer maybe a wing-Ed horse. ? :yay

Demigods are half human. No fly zone.

If the X-men can have an invisible plane...

I bet the invisible jet will be in the movie, it will just be in the background and never used on screen.

I read that it was in every shot of MOS and that the aerial scenes were shot from her POV.

I think the final villain will be kalibak or someone connected to darkseid. These three pictures/scenes look very similar in their environment:

Notice the similarities between all three environments. I'm pretty confident that they are the same, and that the thing Cavill is holding is Kalibak's weapon, which bares some slight resemblance to Darth Maul's lightsaber. What we see in all three pictures is a ton of rubble and embers/smoke. I think this is the setting of the third act, and I dont think it's doomsday.

You cannot be serious with this theory. We already know that pic of superman is a toy dresses as a sith, it was a running joke between snyder and JJ.

What toy is it, then?

Anyway, I posted this here because I thought it was the more appropriate place, but the conversation continued in the "All Things" thread.

Well, you don't expect us to know every single toy lightsaber out there, don't you?

On the other hand, this is a superhero forum... :hmm

Looks like MoS hot toys figure. With photoshopped real hands. We all know it was part of a joke and not a still from the movie. Its not kalibaks weapon, its a light saber, and sith cloak, to suggest otherwise is almost troll worthy.

It's not a still from the movie, but that's Cavill, not a toy. He was talking about the thing he's using as a lightsaber. It may be a prop from the movie, it might not be. Who knows. Either way, I think he's reaching with this theory.

I will say that unless Cavil was just there to pose for Snyder's love tweet to JJ Abrams, then it seems like the DC Trinity will most likely have a scene together in some volcanic/post-destruction like environment in the film. I think it's been theorized by many here that this is the location for when they all go up against the final physical antagonist for the film.

That's what I think. It's not volcanic, though. That's rubble, and looks similar to the Wonder Woman promo pic as well as the scene in the teaser trailer where Batman is walking out of the rubble. I just hope it's something connected to Darkseid. I dont see Lex being able to create some creature capable of fighting Superman.

Why would anyone think that was a toy of Superman dressed up like a Sith?? That's legit Cavill in those robes

**** me we need some news soon...ya'll are going crazy

That is NOT a toy! As a woman who has stared/continues to stare an inordinate amount of time at Cavill, I can assure you, that's him. Trust Grandma Punzy's bi-focals. And her Cavill obsession. :)

ISS-- back me up?

Humm... maybe the final threat is Darth Vader and Supes disguises himself as a Sith to sneak on the Death Star? :woot: ;)

My guess is that the Location is a secret Lex lab in a volcanic location

Given all the TDKR influence, my first thought was nuclear explosion. Plus we got this shot of a Russian rocket with a similar backdrop.

I'm not sure what that image is all about. I first think 'generic Superman saves the day montage', but there could be more to it.

That's what I thought too. When I first saw it it was from the leaked footage (I know...I have no control!) and I thought he was lifting a bus or a truck. But now, seeing the russian space stuff on it...I'm curious.

Roscosmos/Pockocmoc = Russian cosmos. The American version being NASA.

The Russian Federal Space Agency (Russian: Федеральное космическое агентство России Federal'noye kosmicheskoye agentstvo Rossii), commonly called Roscosmos (Роскосмос Russpace) and abbreviated as FKA (ФКА) and RKA (РКА), is the government agency responsible for the Russian space science program and general aerospace research. It was previously the Russian Aviation and Space Agency (Russian: Российское авиационно-космическое агентство Rossiyskoe aviatsionno-kosmicheskoe agentstvo, commonly known as "Rosaviakosmos").

Headquarters of Roscosmos are located in Moscow. Main Mission Control space flight operations center is located in a nearby city of Korolev. The Cosmonauts Training Centre (GCTC) is in Star City. Launch facilities used are Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan (with most launches taking place there, both manned and unmanned) and Plesetsk Cosmodrome in northern Russia used primarily for unmanned flights of military designations.

Don't you dare make a relevant post like this again in these forums!! :argh:

Why do people think of Doomsday when we hear about--Kryptonian DNA--Lex--Modification--Villain-- rather than Bizzaro?
