Even if it is part of the story, it is way to early to do DOS. Don't you think? Superman/Cavill will b a least in L1. How that plays out I don't know. No one does.
 
Yet you're so sure that he dies and that his role in JL 1 will most likely be via flashback right, followed by notion that if WW and SS are successful, then Warner Bros will abandon Superman entirely when it comes to his films.

That being said we know Superman/Cavill will appear in some form in JL1.

The question is will it be flashbacks to his death to inspire the JL1 or will he be alive in JL1?

Amy Adams said JL1 is her last film. Or implied saying sh is not locked in for anything after.

So no Lois in JL2 maybe? No Lois in JL2 - no Supes in JL2?

Speculation but Adam's comments are interesting.

How Superman/Cavill is used in JL1 remains to be seen. I don't know but trying to read the leaves.

Smallville funeral scene does not mean Superman is dead. If Superman is dead he will be buried in metropolis. If it is Clark who is "dying" there is no way he could be dead without a Superman struggle revealing he is Superman which is not gonna happen.

Superman is the prime member of JL. JL is formed at the end of BvS when Superman feels he can't save everyone so we need a team. Not like your stupid BS but you-have-right-to-express-theory in which JL is a memorial to Superman.

Amy didn't say anything like that. Contract is a sheet of paper which can be prepared in 20 minutes and can be signed in 2 secs if they wants. So no big deal.

No. If Superman is dead or missing and presumed dead they would have to explain Clarrk's disappearance. Maybe say he died in an accident. That makes the Smallville funeral make sense especially with Perry and Lois there.
 
Thing to consider.Is justice league one film cut into 2 halves or 2 different films.

Ben Affleck's deal to play batman is reportly for 5 films so he should be in both JL films but henry Cavill,and Gal Gadot as well as amy adams have 3 film deals
and justice leage would be end of that.While Lois isn't need for both Justice league films this opens door for both SUperman and Wonder Woman only being
in first justice league film if they are 2 seperate films.of course they can always renegorate with Cavill for second justice league film as well as another solo superman film and Gadot for second justice league.
 
I seem to remember a certain someone saying mos would only make 500 mill, then was forced to up the amounts as the anticipation grew. im not calling anyone out or anything tho.

Well, you need something menacing for this Superman and Co to go up against. We can have Superman coming close to his death and really getting his ass kicked, but I don't see Snyder doing that to his Superman.

Because he wants a recast of Superman. The only way he thinks he gets that is to kill Superman.:woot: Don't reply to him. he is :loco:
 
I wonder how many villians will be in jl. I know doomsday is powerful and could probably take on the entire JL but I feel like darkseid or brainiac would be better because they'd have minions/armies with them so everyone in the league can get their battles on. doomsday seems more of a superman movie villian.
 
Anyone ever bring up the idea that maybe Clarks mom dies, and that's why there is a smallville funeral? There's lots of reasons why he couldn't be there for it, or maybe the death is Someone else, like Lana or Pete?
 
Idk why but this last GL posts by Geoff Johns on tw and ig are telling me that they casted GL or something... I have some feeling......
 
Yeah guys Superman totally dies. I mean Zack Snyder of all people is the type of guy you'd expect to create the first full live action legitimate Justice League film and kill off his personal favorite hero beforehand. Yeah totally plausible. Why would the JL need Superman anyways? It's not like he could do much anyways.
 
I think it's totally plausible Supes is out of commission at the end of BvS. Either "dead" or incapacitated or maybe even self-exiled. This is what leads the others to team up to fill that void.

I don't think the intent is to exclude Superman from the league. It's just that there's a threat that has to be dealt with and he's not around to help.
 
I dnt think we will see GL until JL1, maybe even 2.
 
I hope they introduce the corps, along with GL. The GL concept always feels "incomplete" without the corps in the background, I think.
