On the surface that's a little embarrassing but if the contents of the emails aren't relevant I don't see how it's relevant in any meaningful way. If there's classified information I suppose it's possible that could pull up legal technicalities but I'm not sure how that would find its way back to Clinton unless she personally emailed him.
Sounds more likely he would've got the emails from the estranged wife?
Not exactly what the Clinton campaign would've wanted at the 11th hour though, but it seems a little farfetched to think anything additional will come of it.
About the only thing I can see is that the device contained information that might have been classified, and the FBI are now trying to figure out if it actually was classified. The question is then if it was something like e-mails from Huma to Weiner that contained the potentially sensitive information. Or if it was something Weiner wrote in an e-mail which would raise questions on where he obtained the information.
