The Creeper

looks pretty friggin sweet, I'll check it out.

it seems like his screams have the ability to hurt someones hearing.

indeed it does look like his screams, laughter hurt peoples hearing.
i'm quite fond of the art, it is pretty good.
i've never seen/ read the character before but now i'm quite excited about this book.

Funny thing. Steve Ditko origionally created The Creeper to be DC's version of The Question. I mean, their origins are quite similar. The main difference between the two is their basic personalities. The Creeper is a hell of alot crazier.

I first saw him in the new adventures of batman the animated series.

I've been excited about this since it was announced. I absolutely cannot wait. :D

^^^^Same here. I love Steve Niles work. 39 Days of Night and Criminal Macabre were awesome

i don't want to sound dumb, but this will be released as a tpb eventually right?

too bad cause u did sound dumb. yes, practically everything published nowadays is eventually released in tpb form.

Never really been a fan of the Creeper. Given how much other stuff is coming out of Brave New World that I'd rather read, I may pass on this. Justiniano's style is a perfect complement for the Creeper, though.

I liked the short lived series from the 90's so I'll probably check this out.

Eh. The Creeper's cool in small doses. Thank god he cut his hair since Metropolis.

Also, if I'm not mistaken, the Creeper was sort of a rip on Killjoy, another Ditko creation. It may be the other way around, though.

When I first saw him in BTAS I was like meh....But then I saw him kicking ass in JLU and was like MEH?? I've grown an interest for the character, and I wouldn't mind seeing more. I'll pick up the mini for sure.

The comic he first appeared in was funny. I might pick this up. Only because of Niles though.
