Those Iron Man pics are just that, pics only. The actual merchandise won't roll out until next spring I imagine. It was really cool to see the actual packaging for the figures too. So Hasbro has a leg up there, but the new DCUC figures from Mattel (who I believe has TDK license) are hitting stores now and they look great as well.



If the 4 Horseman are sculting TDK figures we should be in good shape next summer.

yeah i still am not sure if the OP of this thread was telling us the truth. im taking it with a grain of salt. but im looking foward to the regular 5 inch figures and vehicles. i wonder if they will make a playset, like they did with BB line.

as for ironman, i know that the toys arent going to be in stores yet obviously, but im curious how those photo's got released so soon and yet we got nothing for TDK. prolly gonna have to wait until toyfair in feburary. then we should get phot's of the stuff not just for TDK, but for Indiana Jones 4!!

I'm pretty sure Hasbro released the images. And the Iron Man figures are in 6" scale, which I hope will be the case for TDK. Spider-man 3, Batman Begins, Fantastic Four 2 and Superman Returns figures were all 5" and were all very disappointing. The vast majority of collector's prefer the 6" scale, me included.

only reason i want the 5 inch figures is so that they are in scale with the BB figures.

I hear ya. That's one of the problems with "jumping scale," you get uneven figures in relation to each other.

Anyone at DCD hear this?

hey did you see??? a 2-in-1 batmobile/batpod! does that mean that the batpod comes from/detaches from the batmobile like everyone was guessing at? also, a bruce wayne "transforming" coupe? sounds alot like the one they made for Batman Returns that came with a keaton wayne figure.

6 villain figures? Maybe we'll get a good Scarecrow this time. Two-Face, Joker, and...? Maybe three other style Jokers? Maybe a transforming Two-Face?

I want these all NOW. Begins line was weak, but I still bought all the major players. The Tumbler was awesome.

If the Batpod comes out of the Batmobile in the style of BR, that would be very cool. Nice tribute type thing.

^thats exactly what i was saying in the TDK spoilers thread, with alot of other ppl i think. it apears to be an obvious homage, just like bales "im batman" scene....minus the "nice coat", lol. so far, despite the series radical departure in some areas, im seeing alot of similiaraties, bales "im batman", glider-cape (from BR), gassing the city (from B89), BF sonar-lookin batsuit (TDK suit), jokers's "hit me" scene, and now SUPPOSEDLY, smaller vehicle coming from the batmobile, like in Returns. im just wondering if this REALLY is all just coincidence.

Didn't want to make a new thread for this, so i post it here:

I hope they resale the Tumbler 1/6 scale and sell it in toy stores over whole the world! Why? I live in Belgium and i want the 1/6 version.

I have the little Tyco RC Tumbler and the purple version of the Tumbler.

So, does anyone know/think/hope also that they rerelease/resell the 1/6 scale Tumbler from Tyco?
