Personally, I'm guessing around Inception numbers. TDK got really, really lucky with it's lack of any competition whatsoever due to the writers strike. It's not getting that lucky again. 800-900, I'm guessing.

The political revolution themes might make it difficult for China. I mean, this is a country that banned ****ing time travel films because it wasn't 'respectful of history'. A blown out political-based revolution, which Bane seems to be trying to incite, probably won't fly there.

Plus, a lot of stuff in TDKR carries over from TDK, so it wouldn't make nearly as much sense as it would if TDK had come out. I mean, there's tons of stuff that wouldn't make sense in TDKR without seeing TDK, like Rachel's death and the batsignal being broken.
