Well nothing has struck me as being particularly wrong so far, so I'd say about everything has been done right at this point.

1. Casting -- Ledger, Eckhart, and Gyllenhall (if Holmes had to be replaced) were all awesome casting choices.

2. Imax -- Really cool news

3. What we know about the general story/direction they're going -- sounds awesome to me.

The suit and look of the Joker seem fine/awesome to me, but I haven't seen enough of them to officially declare them positive.

I'm a fanboy and I haven't been pissed off yet. More like, pissing off a bunch of narrow-minded people who can't learn to love the comics and the movies, even if there are some differances.

I love everything about this movie!

First and foremost, rehiring the same director and most of the same cast.

All of the locations look absolutely perfect. I can't praise this enough.

Eckhardt is an inspired choice for Dent.

Nolan has done something to make Maggie G. sexy.

The new Batsuit gives me a warm glow. I don't think it's incontinence, but it might be.
