you know I was thinking about it, and with the current state the Avengers are in, the team divided, half of them on the run, their heavy hitters in Hulk and Thor being off world... would you say the Defenders is the more powerful team, as of right now?
So it looks like Daredevil has indeed ditched his costume as speculated, at least temporarily, (rather than Iron Fist getting one) because he'd look completely out of place next to the other three.
Nope, not even in the slightest. The four of them together could, at best, not-lose against a single heavy hitter from either team of Avengers. Avengers-Legal still has Iron Man and Vision, either of which could trash them, and Avengers-Outlaw has Cap, Ant Man, and Scarlet Witch, any of whom could do likewise.

If Iron Fist doesn't get his costume in the Defenders I'll be annoyed.
If Daredevil doesn't wear his costume in the Defenders I'll be pissed.
Doubt both of those things will happen, particularly the last one... but let it be known
I have a feeling that the teaser is from when they all first unexpectedly team up.
I think Cap vs Iron Fist would all depend on who lands first.
Are there rumors stating Daredevil is ditching his costume? Not sure how you can get that he ditched it from that short teaser. Do you not expect him to be in it at all or something?
I can't imagine him getting a costume outside of an Iron Fist show. Whether it happens in that show, I have no idea, but it's too important a moment to happen somewhere else.
Elektra got killed. Stick almost got killed. All of the people he cares about got hurt/affected by his actions as Daredevil.
I'd say this actually has more to do with the Chaste and Stick training him from a child to be a soldier to fight the hand, than it does his nighttime crime fighting. Essentially it has nothing to do with his Daredevil persona.
Elektra would have still come to him, and he would have still been wrapped up in fighting the hand if none of the events of the first season happened.
Yes, but Matt left them because he has a heart, which Stick and his band of followers don't. Matt took the death of Elektra personally and it shook him. I don't get whats so hard to grasp about this. Yes, it would have happened without him but it's still someone he loved that got killed that he was unable to save.
