Yep. The reset option is in the settings. It's easy, but can take a while.

How to wipe a ps3 blank:

Settings > System Settings > Format Utility > Format Hard Disk

This will delete everything on the hard drive. Except for the standard operating software. It takes about 3 hours, but it's the most effective way to get rid of any personal data that might be on the hard drive. Make sure you delete all your user accounts from the ps3 too.

I feel like crap myself. Woke up early this morning with a monster headache and it's hung around. Sore throat. I can a crappy weekend coming up as this is probably a precursor to something worse. Skipped work and had a nap. Now I feel hung over.
