Some people will tell you that poutine should only be cheese curds, gravy and fries. Those people are afraid to live, and afraid to love. Get creative with that ****.

The only requirement for poutine is that the cheese curds squeak when you bite into them. They must squeak. Otherwise something has gone wrong.

Can you ask them if you can inject your lunch in future to increase your productivity?
