I think Hulk Hogan should be in the third film...That would be hilarious.

Even if he was, then I don't expect him to be running around all that much with all the injuries that he has sustained in his wrestling career.

There's even one point where the whole team riddles the same guy with bullets.
I loved that scene! Especially since, leading into it, they were all conserving ammo. Then, Stallone yells, "ONE MORE!" And they just unload on the poor sap. Got a huge pop out of the audience in my theater!

It was like that scene in Robocop where the ED-209 completely destroyed that executive.

There are a bunch of lesser action stars who imo should die in the opening sequence of E3. Mostly DTV actors,
A few of the DTV action guys of the 90's that come to mind are Brian Bosworth, Jeff Speakman, Don "The Dragon" Wilson, Michael Dudikoff.

And just to please Renegade fans out there I'd like to see Lorenzo Lamas getting punched around by Stallone and Arnold.

Yeah that was awesome. Another scene that got a lot of response in my theater was Stallone using the chains and Statham kicking [BLACKOUT]Adkins[/BLACKOUT] into a propeller.

Here's an interview with JCVD about Expendables.

so I heard Jet Li's character has only 5 min of screen time and that he [BLACKOUT]dies.[/BLACKOUT]

is that true?

So...Expendables 2 was just about the most amazing action film i've seen in a very, very long time.

so I heard Jet Li's character has only 5 min of screen time and that he [BLACKOUT]dies.[/BLACKOUT]

is that true?

He doesn't die but he was in the first 10+ mins of the film kicking all sorts of ass. The way he left for the entire film was brilliant.

ah, I see.

so a female asian martial artist takes Li's place in part 2? who's the actress?

It's going to win the Academy Award... for greatest movie ever made.

This movie was awesome. It was loud, violent and funny. That's all I asked for, and they delivered. I was worried about the Chuck Norris stuff, as I have actually never been a big Chuck Norris guy and the jokes got old after a while, but I actually really liked his scenes, especially the choice of music every time he came around.

Chuck Norris should come back for a 3rd film as a cameo. All he needs is 15 seconds on screen to do something badass and gives his signature grin with that western music playing.

how much of the budget went toward Just For Men hair dye for Chuck's beard?

Anyone else catch the Terminator music play briefly when Arnie appears the second time?

Anyone else catch the Terminator music play briefly when Arnie appears the second time?

Did you notice that during the end credits where it had the actors name up and showed a shot of said actor and it had a skull morph over their face, on Arnies shot the Skull only went over half of his face, making him look like The Terminator....:woot:

Did anyone think Arnold's entrance at the end of the film was kind of a Total Recall nod?

This movie was fantastic. The only minor gripe I have is that you can tell they filmed it for a pg-13 rating, and then changed it over "fan" uproar. But it didn't distract from the fun. :woot:
