Night! Get some some sleep. You know...after. ;) :p

Hey guys. I'm off for the weekend so I'll speak to you when I get back.

I will forcibly verily volently resist missing you.

:( See ya Iceman/psylock.

I will also miss you. You have grown to be a favourite poster of mine. :)

So, I bought Batman and the Mad Monk #1 yesterday because the first few pages really grabbed me.

And now, there's a loose spider on my bed.

I just started reading Batman at the current arc. I don't know crap about Batman but I am reading this easily. Pick up Batman at #665 (the 666 just came out last week so it's only 2 issues back). It's a jumping on point and being written by Grant Morrison with Andy Kubert doing the art. For an excellent Batman back history in trade form pick up Year One, The Long Halloween, and Dark Victory. After reading the three of those, I find reading Batman a snap. :)
Thanks, I'll pick them up the upcoming Thursday. :yay:

Well, I probably won't miss you much because I won't be here myself. :( I have to work.

Still haven't found that spider in my bedroom. I really hope that it crawled its way out of the bedroom or I might have to duct-tape my mouth to avoid eating it, thus confirming the infamous myth about people eating spiders in their sleep.

*squeekness was at work ALL day* :(

The lack of activity in here saddens me.

And TODAY too. :( Yhough now I am home. I will eat a light snack and then it's off to bed. Hopefully I will be on tomorrow though.:)

Doesn't look like I missed too much here. I can't believe we're on the same page as when I left.

Good to hear. Glad I came back now. :)

Your valediction jinxed it. :cmad:

But welcome back. Apparently, you were missed. How was your weekend?

'Twas Very good. Seeing a few mates that I hadn't seen in a long time. Things seem to have been a bit quiet here.

What's on Thursday?

Comics, of course. Usually, I would get them on Wednesdays, but they arrive after hours and I don't feel like giving the rapists and muggers what they want by going out after hours.

An old friend just sent me an invitation to her birthday sleepover party. Still pondering on whether to go or not to go.

It must be getting a bit late down under so probably best to wait that extra day. I've still got so much catching up to do. :(

Do you know many of the people who're going to be there?

Catching up? From the looks of it, you didn't miss much while you were gone. But, of course, unless you meant the comics.

No, actually, I'm just waiting for my mom to call her mom to find out who's going. She included her email address in the invitation and I already added her, but she's never on when I'm on. So, it's a matter of time. I will undoubtedly not go to the sleepover, eventually. If I wanted a molestation, I'd voluntarily imprison myself.

Yeah I'm talking 5-6 months worth of comics, mainly X-Men. I've got most of the Cable/Deadpool run (which I had to cancel a couple of issues ago :() waiting to read as well as most of the major X-titles. :csad:

Haha could be fun though depending on what the crowd is like.
