One post per week keeps the thread alive  :woot:

^ I already knew that

Hmmm...I'm sad Spidey 3 won't make as much as the first 2. But who cares, I still loved it and thats all I care about. :spidey: Can't wait for Spidey 4. They better have the Lizard in it.

About time Lizard made an appearance. They can't keep showing Connors as a side character for ever.

but if they do lizard they have to do him well i dont want no half-assed attempt on the lizard either go for him or dont

Lizard would be fine with me. Heck, they managed to make Doc Ock look decent. :D

Yeah agreed

< 3 villains per film will help them give enough time to each.

I much prefer the whole "one bad guy per film" approach myself. :D

Two is ok with me as not every villain deserves a whole film to themself. It's nice having a bit of variety as long as things don't get too crammed (as with X3's 62 villains :() and they aren't done justice.

I guess I have always appreciated a slower pace. I like to get to know my bad guys. I don't want to have to guess at their motives, I want them shown to me in detail.

in spidy 3 i tought it was okay sam raimi did with the charcters . but eddie brock should have been in it from spidy 1

They said Raimi hated Venom and only did him because the studios forced it on him. :(

but apparently that was a trick used by raimi so he wouldnt get fans crazy straight away about this film. so fans wont go see the film coz of venom alone

Yeah it'll have a hard job matching the domestic totals of 1 or 2 but SM3 performed much better at the international BO.

I find it funny that both SPM3 and X3 did so well at the box office and yet there are so many who claim both movies suck. :)

They did well because so many folks thought the movies were done well enough to warrent repeat viewings, that's why I think. People who went mroe than once often brought friends with them who hadn't seen it previously. That's what I gather from a number of people I spoke to who went more than once. :)

true also but

there was soo much hype around spidy 3 people had to see it too see what it was all about

i saw it twice. its obviosly not as good as spidy 2

but still i thought it was alot of fun

Most people don't see films more than once in theaters. All the early figures are generated by the hype. The repeat viewings and positive word of mouth are reperesented by strong figures in subsequent weeks and low percentage drops (which SM3 & X3 didn't really see). Both a mixed bag really.

sooo. anyone here seen the prestige/batman begins/dead man's shoes

all of these films i loved along with the best .........HOT FUZZ

I saw and have the first two films, but I don't think I have ever heard of the last one. I never had a chance to catch Hot Fuzz. It didn't play around me. :(

YOU HAVENT SEEN HOT FUZZ OR DEAD MANS SHOES *rolls over and dies*

*gets up*

why ... why not

look em both up on imdb
