R.I.P. Togi Makabe. We hardly knew ye.

For those with the network, are there any classic era wrestlers that you've enjoyed discovering, meaning you had little if any knowledge of them beforehand beyond maybe a name?

I really need to check Prince Devitt out.

I'm not there yet, but I'm going to watch WWF late 80s to early 90s, specifically the time of Hogan, Savage, and Warrior. While I've seen some of the matches, I've never experienced them before.

And I'm looking forward to when more NWA stuff becomes available so I can experience the era of the Four Horsemen.

- WWE will be ending their Network free trial on March 22nd, just a few days before Elimination Chamber 2014 is available and a few weeks before WrestleMania XXX airs.

- Best Buy’s website is running a sale this week on several WWE DVD and Blu-ray titles. On a related note, FYE stores will be giving out an exclusive Daniel Bryan foam finger with the purchase of two WWE DVD or Blu-ray titles beginning this week.

- The next Beyond The Ring special on the WWE Network will debut this coming Saturday night and will be the documentary portion of WWE’s “For All Mankind: The Life and Career of Mick Foley” DVD.

- With the official announcement of WWE inducting Mr. T this year, Scott Hall is expected to be the final name announced. At last word, Hall was still on the list of names to be inducted this year. WWE typically inducts 6 or 7 names each year. Confirmed for this year are Jake Roberts, The Ultimate Warrior, Lita, Paul Bearer, Carlos Colon and Mr. T.

Billy Graham. Superstar was truly ahead of his time. He should've been the 5 year WWF Champion, not boring Bob Backlund.

Nolan, you already mentioned that you're picking Shibata to win the cup, who are you expecting him to face in the finals?

Anybody but Shelton Benjamin. :o But I'm going with Nakamura. I know it's early, but I think Nakamura will win the G1.

For fun, I'm picking my predictions one round at a time, but at the moment I'm expecting Shibata vs Goto for the finals. With Goto being a former cup winner, wanting another shot at Okada, and being Shibata's tag team partner, that seems like a good way to go about it. But maybe I'm booking to much like an American.:woot:

Are you thinking they'll do Nakemura vs. Okada for Wrestlekingdom? Nakemura seems to be the one major guy Okada hasn't faced as far as I know.

Oh Cabel. Gotta book less like Vince McMahon and more like Jado and Gedo. :o

And as far as I know, they've had only one singles match and that was all the way back in 2008. They recently teamed up against Tanahashi and Naito.

Not only should Hall, Roberts, Warrior and Mr. T be allowed to write their own speeches without any guidance or censorship whatsoever, they should also deliver them simultaneously.

...so has Hunter Hearst Helmsley been forgiven for his sins since SummerSlam?
