It's like Pleasantville x horror movies + Nina Dobrev.

So I'm in.

When Max (Taissa Farmiga) and her friends reluctantly attend a screening of “Camp Bloodbath,” an infamous ‘80s cult horror film that starred Max’s late mother (Malin Akerman), they are accidentally sucked into the silver screen. They soon realize they’re trapped inside the movie and must team up with the horny, regan-era idiot “Camp Bloodbath” counselors — including Max’s mom as the shy scream queen — to battle the film’s machete-wielding killer, Billy Murphy. Face to face with her mother for the first time in years, Max has a second chance not only to see her, but to save her, and with the help of her friends, get back home before Billy kills them all. Also starring Adam DeVine, Thomas Middleditch, Alia Shawkat, Angela Trimbur, with Alexander Ludwig and Nina Dobrev.

Sounds good.

I'm ready. I have been hearing good things about this flick for a minute.

I have to say in a world of all these reboots and remakes we finally get an original interesting idea for a film I am honestly looking forward to this and I agree with black on the hnnnnnnngh comment about Malin :hrt:

I love the fact that Alexander Ludwig is in this movie AND a movie called "Final Girl" with Abigail Breslin.

Okay this looks fun. It's kinda like Friday The 13th meets Pleasantville, meets Last Action Hero.

Looks good... but I'm always iffy with horror comedies. They hardly ever work for me. Shaun of the Dead and Zombieland are literally the only ones. Evil Dead doesn't really count because two of them are serious.

Two of them? Don't you mean one of them? Or are you including the remake in that assessment?

Ever see Tucker & Dale?

I'm SO in for this. Looks fun! :awesome:

It's just too bad it comes out November 3rd. A movie like this would do huge bank on Halloween weekend.

Holy **** this movie was great!!! Everyone needs to see it.
