I was expecting 65% at worst. This is just pure disaster. Ezra is done and I doubt they will be in another major picture again. Keaton came back for this?!?
Keaton came back for Batgirl, the movie that, based on the set pics, was actually putting effort into being a spiritual sequel to his original movies. Then they amped up his presence in The Flash to downplay Miller's toxic brand. But it looks like Keaton was justifiably furious over the Batgirl cancelation, so he stopped promoting The Flash. Which created the insane marketing reality we experienced where his Batman became the focal point of all the ads but neither he nor Ezra were actually present for any press events.

The sense I got is that he didn't care at all lmao

Yep, I'm on the same page as you and others with this sentiment. Blue Beetle already looks like a DTV project so it's a natural transition to Max anyway. By releasing that and Aquaman to theatres, it will do even more harm to future DC projects. General audiences won't be able to recognize that they're separate from the new cinematic universe that's being established.
To build a better world, sometimes means tearing the old one down. And that can make enemies

Yikes, that was a bloodbath at the box office. The only positive takeaway is that it didn't end in fourth place. Sad to see the state DC is in right now.

Don’t rule out 4th yet! Weekend actual came in at 15.14, down from 15.26 (apparently Flash had a worse-than-projected Saturday to Sunday drop). No Hard Feelings was estimated at 15.1, so we’ll see what its actuals come in at.

Yikes. :D

I wouldn't be surprised if this drops on Max soon. Just so they can give it a positive spin about all the views they're getting, because people probably would check it out if it's on streaming.

Yeah, I’d expect it to start losing screens pretty quickly over the next couple weeks. It basically tied with No Hard Feelings over the weekend (and again Monday, 1.66 Flash to 1.65 NHF) while being on 800 more screens. This weekend brings three wide releases in Indy, Ruby Gillman and A24’s Past Lives going wide. And by the time we clear the 4th of July it’s just eight days to MI7. If Flash isn’t on PVOD by the end of July I’ll be surprised.

Per theater average puts it in 7th place on Monday. Behind even Astroid City and Little Mermaid. I've genuinely not seen anything like this in a long time.

It’s dead. No momentum. Not even in “so bad you have to see for yourself” way.

The DCEU is dead. Bury it. Consider this mercy.

I think there’s quite a few people who haven’t seen it but would be curious to check it out for Keaton’s return.

It'll just barely meet its alleged budget.

The Flash fell to the 8th spot, behind Transformers, behind Little Mermaid, behind even some movie called Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken.

Just when you think this can't turn into an even bigger boxoffice bomb, it does.
Just keeps getting worse from a terrible start. Hard to believe quite how badly it’s doing.
