We are just on different pages then. I see Thor as another Fantastic Four movie. A decent, harmless little film that no one will rememeber in a few years.
pretty much. Just a pocorn flick that only thor fans will probably remember in a few years.

I'll say something if I'm wrong and Thor is later regarded as a great film that has done anything special in regards to the industry or it's boxoffice success or anything for that matter but right now, I'm not seeing it.pretty much. Just a pocorn flick that only thor fans will probably remember in a few years.
Anyone calling thor better than First Class Is just crazy.
Agreed. No need for namecalling. Those posters are entitled to said opinion if they so choose without being branded "crazy."

I guess so. Having to hurry means throwing money at it to meet the deadline. I hope Fox learns from this. Vaughn's proven he can spend money very well indeed, with Kick-Ass.
We can knock off that kind of talk too.
Look at the bright side.
Now that FC's chances for a sequel have gone the way of Superman Returns, we may get X4!
That's not a very good comparison, smarty-pants.Look at the bright side.

No, they really weren't.
Sorry if I keep having to remind you that this is a box office thread and not a review thread, but I'm not going to remind you about this again. Take that discussion to one of the other threads.
Yes!! You're right. Cyclops is dead, Jean is dead, Prof X is dead, Mystique and Rogue have no powers, wolverine is a wuss, storm is annoying, the phoenix saga was basically thrown out the window, etc.....sounds like a great set up to me.Look at the bright side.

Ditto. I wouldn't go so far as to say I'd be upset, but I'd certainly be disappointed, as I genuinely have ZERO interest in seeing a continuation of X3.If they're dumb enough to make an X4 and not a sequel to First Class I'll be pretty upset. In fact, I prefer a reboot.

You're being a bit dramatic here. X-men First Class didn't flop. It made the same amount as the original X-men movie, a bit more in fact, and as I remember it got a sequel or two.
