CAPTAIN COLD AND HEAT WAVE RETURN TO CENTRAL CITY; PEYTON LIST GUEST STARS AS LISA SNART — The Flash (Grant Gustin) learns that Captain Cold (guest star Wentworth Miller) and Heat Wave (guest star Dominic Purcell) have returned to Central City. This time Snart has brought along his baby sister Lisa (guest star Peyton List) to help wreak havoc on the city.

Wow Wentworth Miller's Captain Cold must be a hit, because TPTb are really key intent on using him as much as possible. not that I'm complaining I love his portrayal of Cold is calculating and smooth. I look forward to seeing Cold, interaction with Bomberang & Mirror Master whenever they make an appearance in Central City.

Captain cold is also Geoff johns favorite character.

It's great to see them making wide use of Cold. He's one of my favorite characters and Miller does an outstanding job in the role.

Is it me or was that summary really vague, more so than the others.I have a feeling that a lot of this episode is dealing with the fallout of the much marketed "twist ending" to "Out of Time".

What are you, Sawyer all of a sudden. Making episode threads 4 weeks out?:o

Does Cisco's brother have any significance in the comics?

I wonder what Lisa's gun does? Does it create frictionless surfaces allowing her to "glide"? A frictionless surface might be a PITA for Barry.

So when Barry changes the past does anyone what he changes? Like in the promo it sounded like He changed it more then just once.(meaning after the weather wizard)

Here's the trailer for episode 16:

He has two brothers in the comics. One is a deadbeat and the only one in on his secret. Another becomes a supervillain in the same accident that gave Cisco his powers.

Oh, ok. Did they say which one is on the show?

When Eddie Thawne hit Barry, I wonder at one point of the episode does it happen. The beginning or the end as a cliffhanger?

I love how spot on the the titles are without giving away anything. "Rogue Time" says it's time for the Rogues, but it also alludes to the fact that Barry is turning rogue from the timeline of the last episode. Same with Out of Time being much less about racing the clock (was there any of that?) and much more about coming out of his timeline. It'll be interesting to see what trigger the Rogues to act this time when the didn't last time.

If I'm not mistaken, this episode will the most amount of Rogue Villains present (so far) within the series.

We have Captain Cold, Heatwave, Lisa Snart, and the Weather Wizard appearing in this episode in some format.

I honestly had no desire to see Cold and Heatwave again so soon.

I love them. They're so amazingly cheesy and over the top (particularly Heatwave) that it's awesome. And I'm curious to see what kind of dynamic Cold has with his sister in this show (he's quite protective of her in the comics as I recall).

This is what intrigues me too. The fact that we see Cisco in danger again proves the theory that what you change in time doesn't always change the outcome.

I wouldn't be surprised if Heat Wave kills Cisco and then Barry goes back in time again.
