I guess it could still happen. But, Stagg's usually a big part of that.

They even showed art of a truck on Arrow that had "Metamorpho" on it. Don't remember if they actually featured it in an episode though.

Great set up and insane twist for a villain.

This show I feel like really benefited by Arrow having 2 seasons for them to grow as writers and such... this show is on fire.

Another great episode. They're doing so many things right. Barry WANTS to be a hero and knows he needs to be. And thank God they had Detective West come around to Barry's side sooner rather than later. He really stepped up. That was a great moment between him and Barry at the end.

Loved this episode as much as the first. It's really fun. Especially the beginning with Cisco trying to hide the fact him and Barry are crimefighting from Caitlin. I loved it. And Barry trying to play it off when they get caught. I also liked that Caitlin was against Barry putting himself at risk, but came around at the end. I loved her little mmhhh when Joe was getting on Barry's case too, and her faces she made at him because she agreed with Joe.
Loved the flashbacks with both Joe and Barry's dad Henry. loved how they brought in the metabolism and having to eat to recharge. The speed stuff was amazing at the end with Barry taking on Multiplex/Danton Black. Barry pining after Iris is getting old for me though, can he get someone already? And Wells continues to be complete mystery!

Two things though was the scene where Iris is pouring sugar in her coffee and the block logo. I was confused as to why with the Iris scene she was completely standstill, but other times others was moving but it was just in slo-mo?
The second is I hate the silver Flash logo they use in the show. Why not just use the ones in the previews/promos? Ugh. Other than that? Another great episode!
Actually there's another. Barry could have easily zipped downstairs and caught Danton before he hit the ground. But he just watched him fall, lol.

One minor nitpick, when Barry was getting the **** beat out of him, how come he just didn't get out of there quickly since he could just block all those punches easily? I know they could explore that later with a potential molecule vibration episode, but it just felt weird to me.

When he had saved Joe? He was surrounded and being punched by a group of danton and his clones and couldn't move.

Awesome episode, the production values are insane so far. I was afraid that the effects would go south fast and they would over use the same cg shots but so far it looks great. Hopefully it just getting better, it has all the elements and it feels like a weekly comic book, thats the best compliment i can think of

I have to say that ironically its making Arrow kinda look a little bit cheap or dated, dont know what exact word to use. They are very different shows but this feels more grand and comic book style. Im afraid they did a way good job with this show and their other shows now have to get their act together

Gustin is really nailing it, loved the scenes with Barry and Joe, I'm also an easy mark for Iris.

I'm not familiar with Multiplex but I really liked how they handled his power in the action sequences, the finale showdown between him and The Flash was great.

I'm surprised they killed Stagg off so abruptly as I thought he'd lead to Metamorpho. Plus they didn't give Billy Sadfler a chance to bust out his vintage naked karate!

Wells is intriguing, he goes from supportive, likable science guy to creepy murderer with ease.
