JESSE QUICK AND JAY GARRICK TEAM UP WITH THE FLASH — When a nuclear bomb detonates in downtown Central City, Barry (Grant Gustin), Jesse Quick (guest star Violett Beane) and Jay Garrick (guest star John Wesley Shipp) slow down time by entering Flashtime. As everyone in the city is frozen, the three speedsters push themselves to the breaking point to save the city and everyone in it. Gregory Smith from Everwood directed the episode, thought that was interesting. I'll watch this one.

In the Injustice universe she is evacuating Metropolis from the bomb the Joker set off and ends up being killed by it.

Out of Time is still the best one. I'm giving this one a chance.

Usually he either stands around or gets knocked out.

They've treated him as a cameo character, would be nice if he did more than make a small appearance.

You know, I need them or Legends to start exploring the other Earth's. That needs to be a storyline.

They are going to have him run that slow yet use cgi?

This never would've come up and I doubt it would've been a possible solution, but perhaps Barry could've just run super fast to Earth 38, pick up Kara- luckily her show is on break- and bring her back to help where someone like Caitlin couldn't. Sure, Kara isn't as fast as a speedster, but she's got super speed AND freeze breath.

I do like the idea of this episode being one massive race against time when everything's happening faster than we see it, just that we're watching it unfold through the perspective of a speedster.

I like to think that she isn't as fast as Barry and isn't as cold as Frost so she wouldn't be much help in that aspect.

Same, although touching if shes the same woman wells was married too in season 1 before thawne caused there car accident then based on that but did she die at child birth or leave them?

Next week hopefully theyll cash in and tell us. Although that stare they gave came off as villian like.

Easily one of the best episodes this season, if not the whole show. Very exciting and the Flash suit looked really good.

Nice to see Jessie back and I have a feeling we won't be seeing Jay much anymore.

Great and to top it off we have Iris as the literal flash next week as well.

Neat episode. Have some minor issues with it, but it’s definitly the best episode of this season.

I really liked how [BLACKOUT]Barry running through the speed force was exactly what Savitar was doing in his first appearance.[/BLACKOUT]

Taking the "we are the flash" to the next level.

The entire episode was shot to cater to Iris, because she always has the answer. She's apparently is an expert in the speed force, knowing nothing about it before. Killer Frost and Cisco were depowered for no reason, Vibe could have done way more, so did Frost. Harry's intelligence was reduced and in it's place, melodrama with Jesse. Jay was heavily underused because now he is an "old man."

Just a mess. Really hated the majority of the episode.
