Great. So now we can expect a "Based on a true story" movie about a man who finds a family of ducks and dedicates his life to protecting them.

People are acting like Fox will ruin Narnia. But isn't Walden Media the ones actually producing the movies?

Well, even if FOX is only following the law to protect them, I give them +5 points in my book.

But they still ****ed up Dragon ball, damn it to hell. And X3-eer, Wolverine was only 'okay'.

Dragon Ball was never meant for live action.....I don't get why people don't see that

I never got into D-Ball but it wasn't a shocker that it didn't turn out to be some kind of epic LOTR..
What always bothered me the most about X3 is how effortlessly it seemed to fall to pieces. Not to sound uber-geek-fanboy but, you'd think it would take a lot to **** up an X-Men movie after how great the first two were. And you'd be wrong, its easy. All FAUX had to do was not give a ****.

Well with Wolverine as a hit, they will keep plugging along with movies.

In a way I'm glad because I want a Deadpool movie, even a mediocre one. Better than nothing I say.

They surely will but the next Wolverine movie is bound to do worst than the poorly received mess from 2 weeks ago so I hope they lower the budget.

Looking back on the chain of events for X-3 it just all doesn't make sense to me still.Everything was just proceeding as planned until Singer left and took Guy Dyas with him. They had weta working on beast designs after Kelsey was announced. They had all their principals lined up to shoot except for a few conditions with McKellan. And then they hire Ratner and its a rush to production..Why? To this day I just want to know why? WHY?! Theres just no reason for it.
Let the record also reflect:Its all location shooting.I cant think of one set they built for this shoot. So you didn't even really need Dyas. They just panicked.

We see it all the time with every studio, they make a movie just to make a movie, get the product out there. But why a big movie? Why would you **** with your own franchise like that?

Singer left and they hired another director, I forget his name, but he ended up leaving the X3 a month or two later...Ratner was the third director hired for X3

also when Singer left to go do Superman, there wasn't even a complete script....so the whole thing was a cluster****

I don't like Singer as a director of action films but Fox treated Singer like s**t, he should have left, I just wish he didn't leave to do Superman.

Vaughn left because he had hardly no creative control.

I'm still not getting why X1 and X2 get so much love. The scripts were nothing more than Wolverine fanwanks and Fox/Singer took some of the most interesting looking characters in comics and made them look like extras in a biker movie.

I don't think there ever was going to be an epic Phoenix saga even if Singer and his writers stuck around. Fox didn't have the interest and Singer didn't have the talent.

In a way FOX rushed X3 out to screw Singer and SR. Remember, Singer tried to work a deal where he would go do Superman and come back and do X3 next so it would be done right. Fox said f that we dont need Singer and proceeded without him.
