The glider that Harry found looked unfinished; Now that the defense contracts are gone, could we be getting a more over-the-top one in this movie? And perhaps the Goblin suit can be justifiably altered-not to the purple booties & elf hat, but a happy medium between what the fanboys want & what we saw last time.

I mean, the original's gone, Harry's only taking up the identity to go after Spider-Man, they can go buck wild, right? There just has to be enough of a similarity that he'd be recognizable as the Goblin, so the public would think he was back rather than replaced.

yeah, i hope that they make some major changes to the GG costume. The glider I liked, but that'll change for the next film I'm sure.

He'd have no need for them; in my mind, the glider is only an effective weapon against Spider-Man if he doesn't know all of its capabilities. He'd expect the blades, so they should go.

yeah they should definatly make changes to the suit but at the end if GG2 takes off the mask it should be Norman ooooooo spooky i mean if they can have a demon driving on a motorbike why not bring Norman back. Father and Son team-up... i didn't mean any of that Norman coming back would be werid.. but they need to change the suit

The glider should be Black with 50 inch wings with spinners, and have 4 flat screen monitors with digital surround sound and a dvd player. And be outfitted with ONSTAR. And when the goblin has spidey in a corner he will throw a plasma screen pumpkin bomb take the cigar out his mouth turn to camera 3 and say "NOW YOU"VE BEEN PIMPED".

There's no proof of that; I know they did it in the comics but to resurrect a character through a power we never knew he had is a cop-out & it cheats the audience. The Goblin is supposed to be a legacy; how can it be a legacy if the original bearer comes back? Plus, it not only cheapens Harry's vendetta-it nullifies it.

Hardly a reason to push for an unnecessary & potentially disastrous plot device. And there are alternatives.

I think it would be cool to see Harry go absoloutely insane. Shut up in his house all the time, no contact with MJ and Pete for a WHILE and then we hear word of Oscorp filing for bankruptcy. Harry puts all the money into modding the glider, enhancing the formula and creating a new suit. The suit can look less like protection and more like combat attire now, because argueably it has no military roots and Harry just needs to be able to get to spidey. I think the glider will be more or less the same but faster, heavier weaponry etc... This way the suit can be more like the Comic version but with some elements from the suit he found. Anyway one thing I'm hoping for is an upgraded formula to introduce some more dramatic elements, like maybe transformations? I would prefer the mask off Harry, perhaps he keeps it in his Goblin Shrine and speaks to it as if it were his father. I dunno, I never saw Harry as the Goblin (in the comics) - too young.

I like your ideas, but I'm not sure about the transformation thing; the public needs to see & fear the Green Goblin ; even in a different costume we need to "know" it's him.

Harry seems to be falling into the role Norman placed on his head, failure, so I'm thinking the glider will have some serious flaws which will cause fustration to an already pissed off Harry.

It would be nice to see it all suped up but Harry isn't a rocket scientist.
