That is illegal in the United States of America, beyond making the business owner an immoral bigot.
Being sexual identity/gay marriage was NOT a 'right' (as per the scotus) at the time, how were they breaking the law?
AND How is it being an immoral bigot to say "Sorry, but my religion says i can't do X">> OR are muslim bakeries who refuse to sell pork also 'immoral bigots'??

The fact US military uses a variant of this sort of rifle should tell you all you need to know about it's capabilities. There really is no need for a civilian to be able to freely own rifles capable of doing damage like this IMO.
You do realize most firearms were BASED ON MILITARY WEAPONRY first.. So by that logic, "Cause its used by the military"< lets ban all .306's, 9mm and M1911 .45 pistols etc..
Putting an age limit on something is not a MORAL restriction, it's a restriction in the interest of public safety. It's not even remotely comparable to refusing to service a gay person.
So if its in the public interest to age restrict stuff for 'safety reasons'. Lets mandate no one can own a cell phone till 24 (since a large percentage of texting and driving accidents comes from the 23 and under crowd), and stop kids driving till 22...
How mature is someone at 21?
Welll, if they are mature enough to get married at 17, drive at 16 (15 in some states), or join the military at 17 (with parental permission), why are they NOT mature enough till 21 to own a gun??
The big difference between guns vs cars is that with cars you have mandatory training, license and safety laws which will get your vehicle taken away if you screw around too much.
There's licensing you have to get for guns in many states. Not just that, but there are a # of states, where when you wish to buy one, as part of trying to get said license, you have to tell the sheriff "WHY You feel you should have one"? Know of any Other constitutional right, one must explain to a cop, why one feels they need to use that right?? I don't.
