Just listened to the entire album and it was cool. Pretty much what you expect from an aging Jay-z. It wasn't great though. Not much replay value. The only song I thought stood out was the song with Beyonce. This album was ok though, yeezus was trash

You're not Jeff. I think I enjoyed Yeezus more when it comes to replay value. I heard all of Magna Carta last night and I have no desire in listening to the album again anytime soon.

best album released recently imo was Run the Jewels by Killer Mike and El-P. I strongly recommend it. Production and rhymes are very good. AND it's legally free

Yes sir! This album is NICE. Been on repeat in my iPod for weeks now along with Weerd Science's new ep Red Light Juliet.

The production on MCHG is top notch, doesn't sound the same but keeps a good tone for the album. I enjoyed the album thoroughly, way better than the Blueprint 3 and Watch the Throne.

And for MCHG, Heaven and Picasso Baby are the only songs that have really stuck with me. The rest of it sounds like generic Jay, nothing new or fresh. I couldn't really get into Yeezus but I guess I'll give it another chance.

Finally getting around to listening to all of Magna Carta Holy Grail after listening to Holy Grail so much. One thing's for sure, I did not like Yeezus, so I hope MCHG wipes the floor with it.

It's been a good few weeks for hip hop. Picked up the CD's of Yeezus, Born Sinner and Magna Carter this morning. Been playing the hell out of all 3. Summer Knights was also great, was pleasently surprised when it dropped because for somereason I thought it was going to be an ep.
