How unusual. Are you sure there wasn't any power surge when you watched it?

It was every scene that showed him walking. He was walking like a zombie....

..anyhow. This is the only reason to watch this movie:

so the general consensus on tims performance was meh?

Damn, Olyphant can't catch a break.. between this and Die Hard... sheesh. The man deserves greatness(See Girl Next Door, Go, Deadwood), and it's a shame that his big mainstream breakout year has probably his 2 worst films. I haven't seen Hitman yet, but the reviews aren't kind.

Olyphant is a good actor, it's just that with every game that's been made into a movie, it comes off as being crap. Be as that may, Residental Evil got crappy reviews yet got a trilogy out of it, so there's hope for Olyphant yet.

I'm sure as long as it makes money, it'll get a Sequel.

I've never played the game, but was the 'walk' Timothy was doing for agent 47 part of the character, or is than how Timothy walks in real life? It was kinda weird.
Funny that you brought this up. I noticed the walking in Deadwood and thought it was part of the character but it seems like he really walks like that. Haven't seen Hitman, but I know what you're talking about.

Finally someone does. Check out the flick. He walks pigeon-toed, with his feet 'exaggerately' crossing one in front of one another, with each step. I thought he was doing that cause that's how agent 47 walks in the game-or so i thought.

THat's how Hitman walks in the game...he was emulating it, and frankly as weird as it was, I give him credit for trying to be as authentic as he can for the fans of the game

Ah, figured as much.

Maybe if I had played the games, I would enjoy the movie more, but it felt way mediocre to me..

I saw it today. (With my free ticket from the LFODH DVD:woot: )
Good movie. 8/10

Pft.

He was horrendous. His acting was worse than a porn stars'.

I actually blame the director. Timothy's a good actor; so is Dougray Scott, but they were both meh in the film. Goes to show, an actor is only as good as their director......

Yes I did.

How was his acting good at all?

He had zero emotion, and I know 47's not supposed to show that much emotion, but COME ON.

47 isn't supposed to show any emotion. Olyphant pulled the role off very well.

And he looked the part to me.
