Dude it was awesome! RDJ made a special appearance. And you could see Evans running in the background playing hopscotch with Hemsworth.

That said, I don't think he will be like Norton. Which could be a good thing, Norton was pretty wooden in TIH.
^^ I loved Norton in TIH, but to each his own.
^^ Oh, I completely agree. It makes more sense to have it Mark's Hlulk relfect on TIH's Hulk rathaer than to start from scratch. I mean, what would be the point of erasing the TIH from existance? You take it away, all we have is a random story of Bruce Banner joining a super-hero team. There's a reason Tony Stark was in at the end of TIH.
I think for this to happen, one thing wolud need to be changed for sure. Him not speaking. The only way the audience will connect to him on a different level will probably be by talking. Like I said, I don't want him talking every other minute, but I do want him spaking a good amount of times. Maybe a line here and there. And on another note, the reason why I've been a advocate for the Hulk to be portrayed as a hero in this film is because I think it would give the character a chance to show to the GA that he has more layers to his characters than most people are aware of, and there's something about the fact that someone as normal as bruce Banner, who even after getting his powers, would end up becoming a great hero for Earth after everything he's been through..I mean the whole reluctant hero thing really works for him.

^^ I loved TIH (2008), tbh. It may have taken sutff from the TV show, but wroked if you ask me. I also like the 2003 film, but not nearly as much.

I think that this is why it would help to have some cameos in the Avengers from William Hurt, Liv Tyler, Tim Blake Nelson and Tim Roth. It just builds the idea that this is the same Banner and that he has interacted with them before, even if they are refilmed flashbacks, or scenes that previously occurred but we were never party to. Wouldn't Betty Ross be wondering where Banner was after the events of TIH? Or what about General Ross? They should at least have some scenes to show their reaction to those events.
General Ross needs to appear at any rate, to show how the military were trying to revive the super soldier serum and how it all went horribly wrong with the Abomination. He could have scenes with Stark, Cap and Fury, as well as Banner of course.
Agreed. It was so sad to see it sort of underperfom at the box office.Yeah, I thought TIH was a great film as well, and that had the studio in charge of distributing it been less of an ******* towards them in regards to the way they wanted the film to be edited along with promotion, that it would have done better in the Box Office.
