The "I Can't stand that song" thread

Who's in your avvy?

The remake of "You Spin Me Right Round" By Dead or Alive.

Redone saying "You spin me right round when you're going down."

What the ****? That doesn't even roll off the tongue. They're forcing the sex thing in it too much. It sucks.

I too hate that song. It's just so off kilter to the original.

hmmm currently

  • Anything by chris Brown
  • Flo-rider
  • pretty much all of beyonce's songs
  • AFI
  • Fall out boy
  • Paralyzer - finger eleven
  • Any of those new emo boy bands

Hehe, I like that song. :woot:

Coldplay.
Not any certain song.
Just in general.
I'm not alone!!! :woot:

And i must agree with Doctor Jones: The remake of "You Spin Me Right Round" By Dead or Alive angers me :cmad:

As much as I LOVE the song...I absolutely cannot stand this sudden rush of over-exposure Journey's "Don't Stop Believin" is getting.

I hear that song all over the place...And it's like "I love it...but I'd love it more if I didn't hear it all the f**king time"

Same thing goes for Human League's "Don't you want me, baby." Great, GREAT 80s song...but those damn Swiffer commercials are playing the s**t out of it...

Any Beyonce, Soulja Boy, Taylor Swift, Flo rida and Rihanna song.
Hot and Cold by Katy Perry.
Heartless by Kayne
Gives you Hell-AAR
Sex on fire- King of Leon
Mad- Ne-yo

Usher, "Yeah".

Had to hear it all summer that year. :down

Fall Out Boy's "Centuries" thanks to Patrick's high pitch delivery. The song is a million times better live since Patrick's voice isn't synthesized for the chorus.

I'm getting sick of Uptown Funk and Worth It. I liked both, but they're severely overplayed.
