Technically you are correct.The last numbered annual was #28 with Carnage on the cover, then they went into years.2001 annual was looked upon by Marvel as the 34th annual, then they went to a double numbered #1/35 with Jackpot on the cover then 36 and 37. But since, Marvel numbered the annual with Capt. America as #37, it is what it is.Actually, the 1995 "annual " was Planet of the Symbiotes" which would technically make it #29#and the annual with Capt. America #38 but Marvel calls the shots on their numbering not fans nor fan web sites.

I respectively disagree...

The "Planet of the Symbiotes" issues were not "annuals", but called "Super Specials"... so the numbering that is on the comics, with the latest ASM Annual coming out this summer being #38, is correct.
