Darth Maul should've been the main active villain throughout the prequel trilogy, with Sidious playing puppet master until RotS. I would've loved an Obi-Wan v Maul rematch in Ep 3, only to be followed up by Obi-Wan v Vader.

I got emotional... Just saw the SW:TFA second teaser... Yeah. I got WAY emotional. Too DAMNED emotional for a grown assed man... But I don't regret it. Oh J.J. ... You had me at the use of Williams' score. So far... It really looks like a modern STAR WARS film. I'm a little verklempt.

Love your analogy there Triple J, actually made me chuckle a bit. What I really hated was that Anakin was such a whiner about everything. Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd JarJar Binks. Ugh.

The Phantom Menace is a bore helped by the amazing Darth Maul fight. Attack of the Clones is a super bore, and just all around garbage. Revenge of the Sith, however, was actually a pretty good film.

Oh man, I was smiling big time when Han says "Chewie, we're home."

Maybe it was a Darth Vader cake that got smushed.

Why is every new horror movie always the most talked about horror movie in years?

Well, I'm going to be the serious SW commentator & say it's obviously Vader's mask that got burned/melted at the funeral pyre at the end of ROJ. :yay:

It's the broken remains of Admiral Piett's action figure carrying case. A pity it got smashed like that; the whole thing would have fetched a good price on jawazon.com.

I saw a preview last night for one that said that (most likely the same one you are referencing)....after it played, I said to my wife - For a "most talked about movie in years" I've now known about it for 30 seconds and will take less than half that amount of time to forget it.

Because it's new and they use a thing called hyperbole to make it sound great so someone will go see it. :o

Ah Piett, the unsung hero of the franchise....

Hyperbole is just the absolute worst thing that mankind has ever come up with, like since the beginning of time.

That's it for me, ladies and gentlemen. Remember to tip your waitress, and come back for the midnight luau; we'll be roasting an unnamed moisture farmer.

Middle Management makes the world go round... Or in this case, Galactic Empire.

I could watch a tv series about his exploits in the Empire, as well as exploring his love/hate relationship with his boss. We'd be looking at Emmy gold.

He's kind of the poster boy for how sometimes that big promotion you've been dreaming of turns out to be not exactly what you expect.

The Imperial Office

Vader = Michael Scott
Piett = Jim
Veers = Dwight
Boba Fett = Todd Packer

While it is a leaked trailer, and it's in poor quality, I am underwhelmed by the Batman v. Superman: Court Case of A Century Dawn of Justice trailer.

I can just picture all of them gossiping at the water cooler.

Piett: Hey, did you guys know what happened to Ozzel?? He totally got axed by Vader!!!
