That's Markus Ruhl (sp?), german bodybuilder, renowned for his extreme physique - of course, its not as extreme as this doctored photo, but the guy is 300+ lbs and not that tall if memory serves, his bodybuilder vids show him as one of the comedians of the sport, great personality.

Funnily, when I was searching youtube, I found a few clips named expander which uses a computer program to digital alter pics and vids, shows a couple of impressive female bodybuilders flexing, ultimately turning green and their biceps growing exponentially, very cool, or very hot (Im into that whole excessive female muscle thing )

Goblin, I think you are talking about that d**k with the synthol arms. I dont know the guy personally, but I think hes a mockery to the sport and comes off as a *****e in the documentary (which was all about steroids, and didnt once mention his synthol abuse).

Oddly enough, hes also in the upcoming documentary 'Bigger, Badder, Stronger' which is kind of a Morgan Spurlock-esque take on bodybuilding and the impact of steroids.

Sorry if the above sounds a bit irritated, but if you've ever seen the documentary about him, he just comes off like a total a-hole, one minute trying to gain sympathy, the next showing off the video of how he was draining blood and tissue from his infected bicep to the local gym guys.
